1. What is coaching?

Coaching is a dynamic relationship that inspires you to act on fulfilling your most treasured goals. It's a vehicle you use to fly first class.

2. Describe the coaching process?

Most of my coaching is done over the phone or in my or your office. Your coach listens to you in ways that you can easily listen to yourself. You will also focus on your deeper wants and your inner call to action.

For my coaching clients, short phone calls and emails between sessions are expected with no extra charges.

3. When you separate your wants from your 'shoulds' coaching works. How?

By clarifying your wants  you are ready, willing and able to fulfill them. Honoring your readiness for change in the presence of a coach (who holds in reverence your wants) increases your inspiration and commitment to action. There is joy when you discover that change can be for the better.

4. Describe a session?

As a coaching client you will be asked to complete a prep sheet before each session. Not only does this help us work more efficiently and effectively to achieve your goals, you have a written record of your progress. Some categories on the prep sheet are listed below and will be covered in the sessions. Coaching sessions focus on goals and commitment. Most of the work is done between sessions. The session sets the working agenda for the following week.

5. What does PCC mean?

PCC stands for Professional Certified Coach achieved through meeting high standards from the International Coaching Federation. Anyone can call herself or himself a coach; the ICF is one of the main professional groups who sets the bar for coaching competencies and expects higher ethical standards in coaching..
